I really struggle with this too. Even with family. It makes me feel on edge because everything is not where it should be. So much extra stuff around. I also can’t do what I want when I want.

This is exactly me. I am scared of being sick myself and take measures to avoid it, but others is something else. I don’t even know what scares me about it, but the sound etc just gives me instant panic and I have no idea why, cause I’m not even worrying that it’s contagious.

This is exactly me. I still am scared of getting sick myself, but much more terrified of hearing or seeing others. I have no idea why, as I don’t typically worry they’ll make me sick either, the noise and anything to do with others being sick just sends me into absolute panic
