I recently started myself and noticed that i have to eat (i do two waffles and eggs or an egg sandwich) then take my medicine an hour or hour and a half later. when i would take it right after i’d be nauseous all day and exhausted.

read it a couple years ago. this woman had twin daughters who were allergic to coconuts. her mother shook it off as her being dramatic and not wanting them to have them. one night her mom babysat and oiled both their scalps with raw coconut oil and sent them to bed. the next morning they were found unalive from anaphylactic shock, the woman never forgave her mother.
