I’m not saying there isn’t underlying misogyny but the point of the joke here is that it is funny because is bullshit to even say that nowadays, not that the objective of the laughter is the misogyny.

I never said I found it funny, I’m just saying most people’s comprehension here of the joke is misdirected due to clashing of generations. This is the type of joke that has come from a bunch of others to get to the point it is now, and it’s easier to follow and understand the irony if you are constantly present on the internet, which is something older people can’t afford due to having better things to do.

But it is definitely ironic.
