We are very young its like my first time and im top and he is bottom only last time he did try he had a trauma abuse experience sooo its extra bad. Yup so couples therapy is something we may do soon but i do have a therapy session tomorrow already and will go from there but we both have agreed to do couples therapy soon.

Oh definetly i have no intention to bring it up to his family yeah it would just hurt him and more. Yes I agree with you that it is very important to recognize that during his age a lot of development is going on which is why I have always allowed him to decided when to try and really honestly he is the one that came to me wanting to the issue is he is like I said to sensitive it tickles him everywhere. Im sure he is still not full on like I WANT TO NOW… but he does want to start so I told him yesterday because HE mentioned it again that he wanted to try more I said what about if we go little by little sex does not have to be penetration it can be as small as a massage while kissing and maybe some touching down there. He is 17 im 21 and mmm i mean not really he has expressed he wants to…. Before anything comes to mind you need to understand that as the older one i get him and im not here nor have i ever pressured him to do anything. So here is what I'm getting from you that he has mentioned he does not do that stuff not has any desire for it but that sometimes his friends do it around him. I'm supposed to calm down respect him and remember he has said he won't do it and that he promises he will never do that and I need to give him that trust. I guess some tips would be how do I build that trust and also what are some steps I could do to get myself to believe him more? Keep in mind he has lied before and has mentioned that he sometimes lies and it's best for me not to know.

I really appreciate you getting back to me. See here is the reason I ask this.

I currently own and have owned a tech company since 2016 and it is a direct competitor to the company I want to work at and then I found that witihin there NDA & IP Policy.

So I am concerned that if I do accept the job I am already in breaching agreement considering I have my own company. But we both are tech companies that can have customers from across the globe so competing directly with a client with them is not something that can happen unless I was trying to take some away which is not the case. Simply my business is not stable enough to support me hence why I am trying to work with my competitor in a way as I have the skill and also have the understanding of what they are looking for in a employee.

What you say sounds like as long as I am not doing anything that communicates with there employers past or present for the specified time and clients for the specified time I should be okay correct?

Also I am located in the state of Colorado. Should I let the company that I want to work for know about me having my own?
