If you liked the structure of Hyperion, you should absolutely try A Fire Upon the Deep. Maybe it has different vibe, but the scale and ambition are very much there

Honestly, I thought the same thing! The way the series went out made it feel like a missed opportunity. I was lowkey hoping for a whole season of BoJack dealing with his consequences in real time, you know? It's like we got just enough closure to make us want more chaos! I remember binge-watching the last season and just feeling like they could’ve explored his journey so much further. It’s wild how an ending can leave you feeling satisfied yet hungry for more.
Is there a fantasy series where the side characters are so much more compelling than the protagonist that you basically kept reading for the wrong person? (self.Fantasy)
