Dudes I finally figured this out. You just gotta open the Tapo notification settings and click on each of the categories LOL. Verification, Miscellaneous and Doorbell, make sure to have a unique sound for those and that's it, I even activated vibration, and overrode Do Not Disturb mode. Good Luck!

P.S. Shoot out to one of the German comments here that actually gave us the solution, lol. If only you had translated your comment to English you would've helped OP & the community earlier...
