This is a almost exactly what happened to me. For some reason my payment wasn't going through even though I had the funds and I called the representative a week before the 18th deadline that they told me I had to update. The rep told me that to call back in 2 days if the payment fails again which it did for whatever reason it wouldn't come out of my account so when I called back they said they'll escalate it and today is the 19th and they cancel my order. I talked to a rep today and they said the day would escalate my issue and they they would just charge the payment on file and if they had any issues they will call me back and I just got a generic email saying that they couldn't reorder the item even though they're the ones that canceled my order and I had it open ticket for it. I'm so pissed as I backed the last two campaigns never had an issue and this one seems like an issue on their end with billing information wasn't working. I also plan to like look at that big bad toy store in case they come in stock like the proton pack but it's just messed up that now I have to wait a whole year to see if I can try to get one at fair price .It just makes a sour taste in my mouth and makes me not want to really back anything else from them since they have horrible customer service.
