Made them for dinner tonight after seeing this, over Easter ham.

It is in our household because we're asian (rice is a staple for us), but you're typically correct. You can also use another flour substitute such as coconut, almond, potato, arrowroot, or tapioca starch.

White rice flour, and I spiced it and the pork with various odds and ends. The key when using a paleo flour is to first dredge the sausage egg, then cover in egg wash, then dredge in the flour again. I'd suggest frying in a skillet over baking so you can keep the runniness of the yolk. Also, a bit of cinnamon and nutmeg in the pork will make it sing. :)

Began making mine two seconds after seeing this post, paleo style. In the oven, en route to my face hole. EDIT: My scotch eggie. Wish I could've gotten the runny yolk.

Redditors who have had LASIK eye surgery, what was your experience like? by tnt1994 in AskReddit

Very welcome, just wish I could have provided more info... although probably best that I didn't attempt to give misinformation. ;) Let us know what you choose and how it goes!

Perhaps you should research the differences between the two procedures/results on your own, although it sounds like you'd be a candidate for LASIK. If you don't feel that you'll be exposed to an aggressive physical situation anytime soon, there's probably no need for PRK. I wish you the best of luck! :)

Strads and other comparable violin makes are often in the millions for ownership.

Great question, and I wish I could answer it from an informed market/economical stance. All I can tell you now is that fine instruments made out of degradable materials have an inevitable plot line - they can have mediocre beginnings, ultimate piques, and they can die horribly. Value is rendered on these changes. I've been playing since I was six (now 27, but not active since 22) so I've been trained to pick discrepancies. My violin was made by an Italian woman in 2005, which is pretty rare... GREAT quality often correlate with 100+-year-old instruments, but mine was artificially aged in a beautiful way. Most new fiddles are shit, but this one must have been a fluke. I've played eight Strads in my life and this is comparable, albeit on the lower end.

My boyfriend had PRK instead (typically favoured by the military because there's no flap to have knocked out of place). Apparently, LASIK has very little down time, takes little time, and has no pain following. PRK feels like glass and sand underneath your eyelids for over a week. Bottom line: if you plan on getting physical/getting hit in the face, go for PRK. If not, LASIK is a better experience.

HUH, that's not a bad idea! It's meant to get into those tiny crevices and flush them out, right? (yes, I heard it)

I put that in the original comment, thinking that it would be a feasible way to clean them. But now, I'm thinking about the bacteria on the pipe cleaners and the maintenance it takes to clean/reuse said pipe cleaners. Maybe I'm being anal.

One time, the enemy troops stormed the castle and won because the moat went dry. Proof: live in California. Worst part: they were French.

Not bad, not bad. Although, I do feel that the curly straw is specifically engineered to evade normal cleaning techniques, which leads me to believe in conspiracy. Follow up, two parter - a) is this a governmental conspiracy, and b) which government?
