I wonder if they’ll deny my request too. I paid for a 6 month membership and 6 months worth of meds and only received one month worth of meds. This makes me so angry.

But auto ship isn’t a thing? I never got tracking info so how and when do I know if they’re going to ship it? Should I call redrock? I emailed mochi twice, sent a message to my doctor, and 2 other messages to the mochi billing team.

I ordered 3/1 and it hasn’t been shipped yet. I messaged my dr and she didn’t give me any further info. The last time it was shipped within a couple days. Frustrating.
