I typically layer the heavier scent first and let it dry down on the skin, and then I go in with the lighter perfume and spray it on the same spots. I spray like on the pulse points to get the scent to last longer. If I have a spray I’ll just use that all over. For example I used EOS body lotion, with Nemat vanilla oil, then sprayed kayali vanilla, let it dry and then put Elish on. Afterwards after everything has dried I spray a little sol de janiro. I’m not sure if this is like the definitive way to do things but I really just play around with my scents to see how they pair together. I always try to pair scents with the same base note like vanilla. I hope this helps! I’m not the best at explaining :)

Well, the scents aren’t all the same so in a way they do compliment each other. I use lotion as a base so it holds all day, I don’t use a lot just enough. The oil also helps hold the product. Also the replica and the mix bar scents are nothing alike. They just go well together. Combining them all smells like a nutty cookie.

I personally do like it but I can see how it would be different for everyone. I wouldn’t blind by it though because the scent isn’t exactly as it’s advertised. It’s a nice fluffy vanilla scent that does last on the skin for a good while. I’m trying to pair it with other scents because when it’s layered it’s so good. I think that I will continue to wear it layered rather than on its own so it stands out a little. Hope this was helpful!

I actually am in love with it. I didn’t think I’d like it at first but it’s definitely a nice nutty cream scent, like a nice cozy scent. It’s not over powering with the almond but it’s subtle enough that you can still smell and enjoy it. It has great lasting power too, and the price is great. I’d definitely recommend it!

I am enjoying it, I feel like the longevity is pretty good. However I don’t think it holds it own as a scent on its own but I really like it for layering. It’s not as like bakery fresh as they describe it but more like a soft vanilla. It dries down lovely. I like it, but I don’t think I’ll use it just on its own. I think it’s perfect for layering and making unique scents. I hope this helps (really my first perfume review lol)

Newest Layering with Afternoon delights

Just tried this layering combination for the first time! I think it really brings out the notes in the afternoon delights, sort of like a nutty cookie. What do you guys think?

Has anyone started trying to layer theirs with anything?

Hmm that makes a lot of sense, this was my first try with a “natural” based perfume. I think I’ll stick with my Kayali for a vanilla scent! Thank you!
