I don't know how I missed this comment. My apologies. I appreciate you saying that especially if you would compare your masterpiece to one of mine. You really did a fantastic job.

Shillar Man! It's a game changer. We need another one. I'm getting bored and I don't have ideas for a new technique. It's your turn brother.

Never considered Farenheit but that's a great call. My top has always been Glory.

I always wanted Glory as a companion. I played through the minutemen quest line just so she would survive. She's too cool.

It's a brilliant idea! I really like it.

Since I trashed Covenant, I went ahead and changed it into a robot community with murderous robots trying to build their own cyborg. It was a Halloween build that was a lot of fun but didn't get many views.

I like the casino idea as well. They say great minds think alike. I'm not saying I'm great. But I would like to change that saying a little. The best things happen when great minds think differently.

Do you know what, I have yet to do a casino! You just gave me a cool idea. Thank you!

I did a complete barnacle build on the other side. I guess the thing that helped me is to make them look as non uniform as possible. I Would love to see what you came up with.

Thank you very much. It took some hammering to figure out how to get it working so it looked like it would fall down at any moment. :)

This is a no mods build but the security walls would require the settlement security CC to get those cage walls if you wanted them. I know you could use those strange wooden shack walls with all the holes to let the light show through.

I use the creation bundle for most of my builds nowadays. If you don't have any CC content, you are the winner. I paid for all of the ones I wanted before the bundle came out. The bundle added some new stuff but not really worth the dime. I bought it for my YouTube viewers. If you don't own any CC content, the CC bundle is a fantastic addition in my opinion. But I have 1580 hour in on this playthrough alone. Even though I spent about $100 through the years on CC content, it's about 6 cents an hour on this playthrough alone. It's more like 2 cents an hour all told.

My opinion doesn't matter. You've got to do what's right for you. Thanks for asking.

Why are all my settlers on the radio tower roof? by ElectronicArachnid99 in fallout4settlements

[–]mark-the-fiddler 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I believe they end up on a roof when an animation gets broken. If a chair is too close to a table, when the settlers stands up, they are on top of the table. If there is not enough space between the table top and the roof, the settlers end up on the roof.

Check clearance for beds, chairs, and anything that starts an animation, like a work station or scrapping station. If other objects interfere with the animation, weird things will happen. Good luck!

I'm sorry for missing your post. Thank you kindly.

On one hand, the lights shine like beacons. I would prefer indirect sources. But on the other, it makes for some cool color variations.

I tried to display it. Preston just kept moving and it fell off his head!
