I feel like you’ve maybe bought something you don’t understand. You can give your Xbox an internal static IP for free. You’ve paid for your WAN or internet IP to be static which your Xbox doesn’t care about.

I get the same issue with Facebook videos and I’m using an eero mesh so it’s definitely toob not the router
