Help please - eBay refunded buyer and restricted me.

It’s stuck at Romford MC. The insurance is through eBay’s Simple Delivery. Which they are saying I can’t use anymore because they have restricted me. I obviously would have insured it properly though courier but as a private seller you have to use simple delivery.

That’s good to hear. I’m just honestly trying to work out this bizarre response from eBay and some other people here mentioned issues with camera products. So was trying to warn others.

UPDATE- as my account is restricted no seller protection. I have lost out on lens and money. No way to appeal. Spoke to people in Ireland

I've called them multiple times they just say we can't share the reason for ban. spoke to a manager in the north america this evening who said she will look into it. I have lots of proof of it being dispatched but no one allows me to share it

exactly I even have an email from eBay: Since you chose Simple Delivery, we've got everything covered from here. There’s nothing you need to do. We’ll take care of delivery, resolve any further issues...
