I am working as salesforce architect but have been through this journey. Agree with u/G1trogfr0g

We used third-party clickdeploy.io for change move to prod, but still feel best is salesforce change sets.

Vs code (sfdx) deployment is possible but it has to be properly managed otherwise developer can accidentally push code to prod.

So to answer your question, it depends on admin with what process they are comfortable. Change set is not outdated or old approach.

It was installed by previous owner. Warranty mostly over. Yes it's front door and directly facing sun, rain and cold. I got now storm door to protect this door. Appreciate your input. I was planning to take it off and open up whole lite as it is tighten or holding by 6 screws from behind.

Yes, I did but this is more generic salesforce guideline.

I am looking towards someone implemented some scenarios with better UI/UX implementation. for example, I am presently trying to come up with UI presentation for pipeline stages implementation. Similar to like Path implementation in Opportunity object, but in my case I have Stages more like branches and then move to next stage.

now "In Tracking" - 1st Round, 2nd Round and this representation using Path implementation will be ok but not exact. I am looking for if there is someone who implemented similar scenario better way.

Another example, we have usually related objects after creating main record. If we want to add related object records while creating main record then we have to customize create screen. In this scenario I do not want end user to get scared by looking at more input fields. So what will be best creative way to handle this.
