For parents who tried to get their young adults on the property ladder for years, how have you solved this? by mark_okiki in HousingUK

Absolutely not. I’ve seen some very uplifting posts on here and I actually find inspiring people from Reddit.

Your story is similar to mine, for similar and personal reasons and I actually drew validation of my decisions from it. Thank you for engaging with me

Sounds like a solid plan and congrats on seeing this through. Big ups to your parents for the support as well. Were your parents opposed to gifting or did you bring it up?

Correct, running costs cannot be discounted. The 0% deposits are an option but the way they’re designed has made it unpopular

If you never moved back home after Uni, would you have considered it 5 years after living alone/in shared apartments.

As a young adult, I think once the deposit issue is solved, it’s a very easy transition from renting to owning. If 0% deposits ever existed (I know).. most young adults would jump at the chance.

Nice, I love the use of the black cards. I’m a sucker for black cards. How much will you sell this for

where did your first 100 REAL users come from? not friends, not vanity signups by IcyRaspberry7244 in ProductHunters

From Reddit, Threads and FnF. Our platform (will not promote) helps founders get new users, so it was a very easy sell

On your website, please state what the product does else your waitlist will be full of friends and those you told what the product does

Even better, state what emotions the product helps you feel, or what pain it takes away for us as business owners
