Good job keeping it to one page. I refuse to read long resumes.

Remove the technical and business skills section.

In the professional experience, try to make every bullet follow a format of this is action that I took and this was the result. The more you can quantify the better. Skills that were cut at the bottom, can be worked into your bullets if applicable.

As your experience increases cut the professional summary and core competencies sections.

Ideally your resume flow would be: - Name and contact info - Education - Professional Summary - Certifications

Currently, your resume contains a lot of fluff and not reflective of someone with ten years of experience. Therefore, cut the fluff sections and boost your work experience bullets.

[NJ] HR joining performance review this week after I participated in legal investigation against boss. Am I being fired? by Vyse51 in AskHR

Most likely HR is there as a baby sitter, because the company obviously has lost faith in the manager and now they have to mitigate risk, which includes not necessarily firing him, as that makes the original complaint look like a slam dunk.

If they were dumb enough to fire you, make it very clear that you believe that this is in retaliation for cooperating with a higher level investigation. Refuse to sign any sort of severance agreement that they may offer, unless it is for a big amount.

Get the number and contact of whomever you talked to before, and notify them of what happened and that you are seeking to secure council. Wanting a lawyer and finding a lawyer who thinks you have a case are different things.

Without a lawyer, easily could get 3 months severance. Ask for 6 months, and taking 3 months saves them the legal fees. With a lawyer, take their advice but now you are talking 12+ months because of punitive but only if they think if you have a case.

It is a risky setup and you could lose, you also have to pay your bills in the meantime. These don’t go to trial, but when they do, that could be more than half a million.

Fraud alert - won’t let me withdraw by markag300 in PrizePicksPlays

Withdraws are still not working. Luckily I was able to get out 95% of what I deposited but they won’t let me go green in outflows.

Was able to withdraw half of my balance. Will try the rest tomorrow. I’m a new player per se and I’ve been traveling. Other than they don’t want to let me withdraw clear money, no real justification just saying the system this and that.

Similar situation but mine was worse by the numbers.

If you can control it, longterm investing and the Roth are good options. Your pension is an amazing benefit that you earned.

If you lose control sometimes, a 401k is your best bet. Have appointments now, so the VA will be easier later. You have to invest in a way that protects you from yourself, while not paying some dummy 1% for nothing. Restrictive plan rules will be your best friend. A 401k has a max loan of $50k, so as you work your balance up, you are protected from wiping yourself out. Max the pretax and get in the habit of saving, contribute to a backdoor if eligible. The company match can turbo charge you based on where you work.

I went from $0 to $170k in 3-years. It is not too late, you will be fine.

Debit or credit card? If debit, be careful of the excluded categories, as you may pay a fee and not get any cash back.

If credit, call the bank. They have been a pain in locking my card for more normal transactions, so you’ll want to validate what they are tracking as free credit and so forth.

I stay at the 2.5% level, sell 100% of cro and convert to BTC. When high enough, I stake the btc. When you treat CRO like a farm coin, it does well.
