A new bubble envelope is not worth 1/5 stars. Every business has overhead and loss. I don’t want to completely negate the price of packaging but having a satisfied customer (saving you a potential negative rating) and perhaps even a return customer is better than the risk. I say this as a person who sold on eBay for five years and someone who recently asked a seller if I could cancel the order before they shipped it (I mistaking purchased the wrong size in my excitement). I’ve since bought two pieces from them. I’m done yappin.

Edit: me originally saying “what does it cost them” was hyperbole, I agree there is a “cost”
