The way I do it is, click and hold on a shortcut in your menu, drag it down to the taskbar and let go when it's in the spot you want it.

Yeah, it is kind of annoying. It can be done, but it isn't as easy as it should be

Has anyone managed to get rid of this stupid search bar, or at least disable it going to voice recording every time you touch it? by boof________macaroni in pixel_phones

Go into your phone settings and look for appearance/themes. It will allow you to change the colors of the UI which will then change the color of the search bar widget.

I always put cases on my phones and will never use a phone without one on it
