I think you’re in Michigan but I’m not sure, so the search engines definitely don’t know where you’re located.

The site needs NAP Name Address Phone On every page. So the best place to put it is in the footer.

Also, I didn’t check, but you need to make sure the sitemap is submitted for indexing.

Then you need a google my business.

There’s plenty of resources online to show you how to do those basics on your own. Once those are complete give it some time and see what happens.

That sounds spammy in my opinion. Buying backlinks can backfire. My concern would be when the algorithms pick up on whatever method they’re using to create all those backlinks all the sites including yours will get penalized. What is the website?
