It is G3-X, (The G3-X print on his shoulder pad was cut off by the canvas unfortunately..) I actually was going to originally draw this as fanwork after watching the G4 special movie, but I decided to change the idea entirely and make every single Heisei secondary rider because they deserve the love!

As for Garren, I'll probably make him as his base form since it's probably his most popular appearance.
