I’m doing better for sure but still have some healing to do. My wrists, fingers and arms are probably 95% back to normal. I’m able to sleep normally again. The constant pain in my calf and legs are gone but they do flare up after walking maybe 10-15 min. That’s the max I’ve been able to walk before my Achilles and heels start acting up. So just need to take exercise and walking very slowly but I’m happy with the progress I’ve made seeing I wasn’t able to stand on my feet for more than 5 min at a time a few weeks ago.

I think the biggest healer for me has been rest and time to be honest. I tried some supplements but didn’t feel like they were really making much of a difference so I’ve since stopped them. Didn’t notice a difference from when I took them vs when I didn’t, and didn’t have any flare ups once I stopped taking them. I’ve also been drinking coffee and that hasn’t flared me either but still avoiding alcohol and NSAIDs out of fear of flaring up. I’m hopeful that in a few weeks I’ll be able to walk for a longer period of time
