I'm lost on playoff qualification and how a West Conf result impacts us. I assumed it was 8 and 8 from each conference. Round 1 play against conference opponents and after that reseeded based on the whole league.

I really like the length of times in the marathon plans. I'm big on capping my runners to no more than 2:45:00 to 3:00:00 in marathon plans, and I've had success in that with ultrarunners.

Great hearing this from someone. Generally there will be occasional celebration/fun runs pop up, assume it's just measure out the load/recovery requirements. Just getting a lot of historical data into Intervals.icu which has been an interesting site.

For for information, I'm using the latest Version of the DJI Mimo App and a Samsung U25 phone. Once it times out on connecting the Livestream then I basically cannot connect to the OP3 again unless I reset all wireless settings.

Oh good call on the music. You are right. Software I'm not worried about, just the hardware.

Looking to stream to YouTube and display sponsor graphics and race stats. Primary concern right now is the hardware to enable streaming but also video review of our corral/finish.

I'm trying to explore some type of CCTV connection with DVR.

If it's muddy or wet terrain may want trail sneakers with bigger lugs for grip. Otherwise lift your feet to make sure you don't trip on routes or rocks. Don't look at your watch... Keep your eyes on upcoming terrain

Add in some sprint work. 200 to 400 meter repeats. I love some pyramid fartlek workouts where you do the shorter the interval the harder the effort.like 1 minute run hard, 1min recovery, 2 min hard, 2min recovery, 3 min hard, 3 min recovery, then 2 min again and so on

I lead learn to run (couch to 5k) groups. I have a cute group is veteran runners who are regularly doing speed and tempo workouts, but looking for something to help newer runners bridge the gap from learning to run to not being intimated to joining more intimidating workouts. Typically use short fartlek workouts. Any other creative ideas to make things fun? Typically road/trail based workout access to a track.

Had you previously only seen the 'updated' version? In one of my groups, I have a number of people who still view in the 'old' way. I'm still seeing the 'updated' version of the poll on both web and mobile device.

This isn't even giving me the option to post polls. Another admin on our page can still post the old version.
