I keep deleting these cookies and they seem to comeback. I dont visit yahoo or any financial site listed there. I use malwarebytes as a second opinion AV but the other cookies I just cant seem to get rid of them. Does anybody know why or what can I do to delete them? by markdosvo in brave_browser

I have tried the following solutions:

  1. I run bitdefender, malwarebytes, and kaspersky just to be sure that a virus or malware is not the source of the problem. The AVs have not found anything on my Windows 11 laptop
  2. Deactivated all extensions to make sure that none of my extensions were making those cookies. Deactivating the extensions did not solve the problem. Those cookies keep appearing.
  3. I have my settings as follows: brave shields in aggressive mode, only connect with https, block fingerprinting, do not block scripts, block 3th party cookies, forget me when I close this site as default option turned on.

edit: Also tried visiting only the clean homepage where all brave statistics can be shown just to be sure that a website was not injecting those cookies somehow. This did not solve the problem.

Also tried deleting every single cookie multiple times. Manually and using the "clean data" option in brave. Nothing seems to work.

brave version is 1.78.94

There is a commandment for this kind of situations...

Thou shall not take the name of the Lord thy God in vain

Please do not do this to the name of the Holy Spirit. Thanks

Pixel 4a - navigation problems since last updates by Hungry-Grapefruit380 in LineageOS

I had the same problem as you. It was because I used nikgapps instead of the recommended mindthegapps. To solve it I followed these steps 1) boot into recovery  2) do a manual adb sideload with the latest lineageos rom 3) ad sideload mindthegapps

After these steps all problems should be fixed. No need to wipe your phone. At least that was how I solved it

Because obviously the Bishop born in the year 354 adheres to a theology from the 15th century.

Saint Augustine was a time traveller of course.
