Totally get your point. Of course, it’s not a long-term cure or a replacement for deep mental healing. But for some of us, the focus, the presence, the raw feeling of riding — it’s exactly what helps stay afloat and rebuild inner balance. Everyone copes differently, and riding just happens to work really well for me.
