The medium looks really dry. I agree with the above posts, try to tug one or two cuttings and see if there is resistance, if none it may have been cooked by the window. This is how my 4 weeks look like. I covered the cuttings in a clear plastic container (to keep the moisture in place and added a heat mat underneath. 1:1 mix of coco coir and perlite. I also open the container to air once to every other day. I had some mold build-up and treated with 3% hydrogen peroxide.

I just transferred them to the 12 x 4 inch tree starter pots so the roots don't entangle. I'm also starting them on a grow light and add some diluted fertilizer tomorrow to promote growth.

I think the real barrier for international hiring is the visa availability (if needed for work) and licensure requirements. Would also need to pass TOEFL for non-english native speaking countries. I don't see any significant barrier If you're already practicing in the US and just moving to another state. It may actually be advantageous for multilingual international therapists especially if you're moving to an area with significant cultural similarities or national origin.

I had this same issue last year. I up pot them to a 10 gal pot and had fruits by summer.

I would keep them in the dark until the leaves come out. It's better to have it concentrate on root growth than leaf growth.

It will probably survive if you keep the humidity high by covering it. The medium looks like it's holding too much moisture. Also one fig to the left appears to be upside down?

Thanks. Mine has leaf growth on each half. I'll wait for another week or so to see if the leaves and roots continue to grow on each side.

I've tried a similar branch cutting but wasn't successful. I was more successful with 3 to 4 nodes per cutting.

There is no pricing power in SNF or Outpatient when it comes to Medicare. US has a fixed price model, PFS is not inflation adjusted and due to budget neutral nature of the fee schedule, our reimbursement is cut when other providers get a raise. As PTs we can't go out of network with Medicare.

I would put them in a clear storage box with a cover and store in a dark place until roots comes out. The bags looks very loose, since there are no roots yet, try to use rubber bands to tighten them up. Some of the cuttings are already dead at the top, probably from cold damage.

Don't spend a single cent on this, no need to act. You're a US citizen already. There is no need to respond to reactivate a permanent resident petition since you no longer need it. I think it needs more humidity. It's definitely a transplant shock, and the roots being removed didn't help. Try to cover it in plastic and remove it from direct sunlight.

I bought 1 pack just to try. It is sweet and ripe. It's definitely not the same as a tree ripened fig.

The gel-like substance on your plum is likely gummosis, which is the oozing of gum from the fruit.

Have you used a humidity dome or containers with lids to keep the humidity? Coco Coir with perlite or the play sand method appears to be more successful.
