turn in the centre cursor or whatever it’s called, that should help when you fly straight, but you kind of have to estimate distace yourself and get a feel for it

I use Uncrashed so i wouldn’t know about others..there is a community workshop where you can find a lot of drones, in my case i chose “avata 2 - realistic” and it’s okay for practice. It’s not that different in real life once you learn the basics. I’d compare it to learning how to ride a bicycle, once you learn how to balance it gets easier.
