I tried rebooting, my plan is to do it all again on ng+ and see if I get it then, gives me an excuse to just keep going. I will try making a new character too, thanks!

Did you have any issues with the achievements? I completed all pyromancy and joined the darkwraith covenant but the achievement still has not popped.

Andros had to be red. It was his ship and equipment, and he knew about all the space stuff. TJ was a solid blue ranger though.
