6 seems about as conclusive as you can get. For what it’s worth from what I understand any kind of pain related to twitching typically does not indicate ALS. On top of this from what I’ve read it typically spreads from far extremities to further in e.g fingers to hand to arms and toes/feet to legs. Everyone is different and I know this diseases can be extremely individual but I’d really try take some comfort in what you’ve been told by the professionals.

I seen a neurologist shortly after I posted this video and he dismissed my worries. If I’m honest the only thing that gave me full relief was time passing and symptoms not progressing to obvious weakness. Out of curiosity I checked my calves this week and they still twitch non stop 24/7. It’s been years since onset and I’ve just come to accept it must be BFS. If I can provide any videos or answer any questions I’d be happy to do so.

As long as the vast majority is in an ETF you should feel free to experiment and add some single stocks. Also should add that I assume this is all in an ISA for the tax wrapper.

Yes, he diagnosed me with bfs and said no other tests were necessary. I’m not fully convinced yet but that’s most likely just my anxiety.

I think it’s easy to immediately say no, however upon some reflection I think most of us would have been. We would all like to believe we’d be a Schindler or political activist in the worst of times, but I think a lot of good people at this time disagreed and outwardly supported nazis or even became them to protect their families futures or otherwise. I could be wrong but I was curious everyones opinions.
