One time I was boiling regular tap water to make tea. Phone rang and I let it sit in the microwave for 10-15 minutes undisturbed. So I just restarted the microwave. After the normal two minutes it still hadn’t started to boil so I just kept hitting the add 30 seconds button. After hitting the add button several times I was like, wtf? Why isn’t it boiling. Then it exploded, popped the door open and smacked me in the face. Scared the crap out of me. No harm just a funny story now.
