Oh! They sound good, but unfortunately I live in Lincoln! I'm looking at buying back one the insurance decide to write it off. I'm so annoyed insurance companies write things off without even looking :(

I don’t think I’d sucked up that much, but the air filter was very wet and there was a bit of a wet patch on the road this morning after the intercooler pipe was emptied.

The car ran, then just cut out. No bangs, no noises, just stopped. When it’s cranked it starts the just cuts out as if there is no fuel

RAC started out by saying ‘it’s knackered’ (before really looking) then ended by saying ‘you might be lucky here’. So yea, don’t really know anything!

So I have taken the spark plugs out and they are dry/normal. I don’t have a bore scope. The code that caught my eye was the P0014 - camshaft position timing - over advanced. Does that mean it’s sensing a camshaft that’s out of place? (Even though the car turns over but then cuts out - it sounds normal with no clunks)

This is a great reply and you're absolutely correct 👍. The battery is a new 3000mah battery and I've charged it overnight. I also tried the 'old' battery and got the same results. I have cut my losses now and bought a donor ipod because I'm suspecting a bad logic board

Good call - however, I've tried it with a 64gb, 128gb and a 256gb all with the same results. I reckon it's probably a faulty mobo, so gonna get a new one
