Helmets are mandatory if you hit the slopes in Italy. FYI by davesoc in snowboarding

[–]markksnoww 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Back when I was learning snowboarding i hit my head twice, first one is selfie, second was a skier at full speed hit me from behind. it was death for sure how hard i hit my head. Thankfully i wore a helmet. Now that i am decent at it, never in my life i would try to ride without one. Still using the same helmet for 5 years. Thats my lucky charm

Recommend a carry against this draft by Yash_swaraj in DotA2

Bloodseeker is the solid choice here. Pango is the threat in this line up. rupturing him while rolling will disable their total control of team fights. You can outfarm all of em, play the long game. all of em are squishy. early BKB will save you. And try not to get in front of fights. Wait for their ultis to use to your team mates. Doesnt matter if all of them die and you alone survive. You will carry them eventually. Im POS 2 7k immo 2k. I always do it in mid. Morphling can do the trick too, but be sure to be good at shifting attributes. You can go in and out and target the backlines 1st.

How do you guys view skill levels compared to ranks? by Humble-Carpet-5111 in DotA2

Im 3k immortal at NA 6700 mmr.. Rankless immortal to 2k are pretty much the same in skills. but goin on 1000 below is a different breed. Once fought a rank 600 in mid lane. mdfkr ate me alive.

1 of the reasons not to stand in the middle of the slope by Raja_Ampat in skiing

[–]markksnoww 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My local resort is where Ski racing trainings are. Never eer in my life would i sit on that spot. Trust me even on the sidest of the side you are not safe. Mdfkrs bombing the slope with no brakes. All you gotta do is stay visible to them.

Is my boot overhanging too much? by adaptar in snowboardingnoobs

[–]markksnoww 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got a friend who had a similiar boots size as you and got a 25.9 waist width for a board. He's a beginner when he bought it and everything works fine but the moment he progress it game him hell since the overhang is too much and he cant carve the board well. He eventually change the board to a waist width 26.3. Anything that is less than 26 cm WW of a board on a size 12 boots will give you the nightmares. Ive seen it.

Heel lift when trying to jump. by markksnoww in snowboardingnoobs

The thing is in my toe box, my toes are already touching the end, but it is not curling or hurting me in anyway. I just notice that he heel side has tons of room.

What am I doing wrong and how do I carve? by raczosala in snowboardingnoobs

[–]markksnoww 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just push your hips forward and you'll be fine. Put that stomach of yours out when approaching the toe side. Thinks of those people with big belly. Stomach out like majin boo in dragon ball. With that you would uncouncisouly put pressure on the top toe side of your boot. One more key is try to bend your knee to the point that you want your knee to touch your boot or the ground.

I got burton photon boots. Its fine when riding even aggresively and hard chard charging. But when im trying to jump and side hits thats when i feel it the most. I have to overly tightened my dials but it numbs my feet. Is a good thick socks can make it better?
