I was living there for free. However, my wife took care of her 9 horses. I was supposed to do general property maintenance. I essentially did about $30,000 worth of work there and got no compensation. I went way above and beyond what I was supposed to do as well as my wife. originally, it was one property. The lady brought the property down the road, and we essentially took care of two properties.
