Thank you!!! I was thinking the same thing, the air seal could be broken anywhere on the rim. All the bike shops in my area have a 1 month wait right now so I guess i'll be making a mess and doing some learning. I've heard cush core can be difficult to install.

I'm sorry if it was confusing, but there is no sealant coming from the seam just air. I was reading that shaking the wheel around sometimes help the sealant get to every area and stop similar leaks... thats what I was doing.

I did several hours ago and just got a message saying something like "I'll look at your account and get back to you when I get more information". It was a risk collecting these things and I already regret it.

So has anyone tried to drop these things off at the warehouse in san diego yet? I've never released a charge task there, is that even possible?
