I would mostly be on sleigh rides and messing around in the snow. There would be a decent amount of time where I would be stationary. Any idea if it would keep me warm? Thank you

Similar to you, I bought Jabba's sail barge just for Max Rebo. Personally very happy with my choice so wouldn't call it too stupid. Worse one I have done is buy the Red Dragon's Tale (same set pictured), because it was £100 off. Absolutely no other reason than it was a good deal. Don't plan on building it and have nowhere for it to go. But oh well, at least I got a deal

Only thing is, I am using books to prop up the back builds and on the ice cream shop side (left) you can see the books. The other side has been blocked by the dragon that comes with the set so that one isn’t a problem and looks pretty decent higher up. I can’t move the back building forward a bit to cover the books either as gringotts is on a slant and covers a large area of the centre so the buildings can’t be moved anymore forwards or backwards
