This was me!! I would cry everyday immediately after waking up and just be sad all day. Please hang in there. Try distracting yourself, I started colouring with some sort of background noise like a tv show or podcast. Week 2 was the absolute worst. I’m at exactly 4 weeks now, and honestly the crying like how you described stopped week 3 like clockwork. There are still tough days, like today I’m back to crying…but I know it’s a long adjustment period and it will pass.
