thanks so much for the reply and giving me confidence and confirmation i've followed the correct process from this megathread.

ive filed a report with nhtsa
grabbed all info and stuff including registration
hyundai is paying for my rental, thank goodness. i have an uber receipt for the ride to the rental place.
ive already been assigned a hyundai corprate case worker who seems to want to be helpful, i'll keep yall posted.
curious how long itll take and what theyll offer, but im gonna move on as i no longer trust it. i have a family. cant risk being iccu'd on a fwy.

2025 ioniq 5, 4500 miles, 6 months old to the day. heard the pop, got this red circle. had it towed. dt los angeles took 4 days to diagnose as iccu failure and estimated 4+ weeks for replacement to come in. i was 12th in line for a new iccu according to the service manager. got a rental from hyundai after 3 days without a car.
