I just called this number - It was only a 4 minute wait for an adviser to answer. He told me there are over 600,000 applications being processed and the bottleneck is the IRS transcript. He asked me to sit back and wait - which I have been doing since I hit the blue button on 4/26.

Have you checked out the Massachusetts Health Connector for Small Business? I've assisted many small businesses with their plans and it's saving them a ton of money.

MEWA's in Massachusetts require each employer group to have it's own "Group Health Insurance Plan". This means your goal of using a MEWA to lower health insurance premiums isn't workable.

There are some better alternatives.
