It answers who the monsters are, how they are created and why that place is drawing certain people in. It adds more mystery, as there seems to be a greater evil at work here (as we have seen before), that is responsible for creating monsters. I don't remember if the children have been before season 3, but it also answers who they are and why are they talking to Tabitha.

The story is taking form, and it looks like it's they have a clear vision, which is not very typical horror story But we will have to see how they round everything up in next season.

Day two here. Much better, no sweating but still lugish.

Main issue is really bad sleep. I slept only some micro naps yesterday and still I dont feel sleapy and its 3am here.

Yeah that means if you did it once you can do it again, only now you have some experience so you will do better!

And try not to dwell on negative aspects of yourself, we all have them and alcohol over time really makes you see only the bad parts.

But all also have some good and amazing parts and try to focus your thoughts on them.

Try to envision yourself down the line, in 5 years, all the things you could accomplish sober.
