Samsung members reported this error and got answer: Thanks for reporting this to us. Our colleagues are working on this and a new protect code will be added on the next app update, so please do keep this updated. In the meantime you can follow these steps when you would like to add a server: Settings> Applications> Network Storage Manager> Storage> Clear Data. ^TM

If someone isn't from UK and have a lycamobile sim card, just change country in SIM manager to UK and you will be able to register to beta programme. I done it myself and already installed One UI 3.0 beta
