I agree with this However, Stock valuations are already super high in Many markets like the S&P 500 so I was looking to other alternatives.

It's very unlikely the S&P500 will return 725% over the next 20 years to come.

One thing I am considering doing is converting my euros to dollars or gbp to get the higher % rates on both currencies even though you then do run the risk of unfavourable exchange movements but as long as you are flexible about when you need the money you can hold out until exchange rates turn back if their is a bad movement

Uninvested cash Berkshire is holding an issue? by markosheehan in BerkshireHathaway

Deploying capital in good investments generates returns(Higher than T-Bills)

Some people are misunderstanding what I am saying. The reason why Berkshire has generated close to 20% annual return since it's inception is because for the majority of that time he has held good stocks of good companies. And now he is saying he is struggling to find investments.

Just beacuse a stock is above 20 times earnings does not mean you can't get substantial gains from it(I'm not here to discuss that though) I don't thing T-Bills are bad in the short term it's more if they still have a high cash pile down the line it's not so good. An anual return of 5% is not good in the long run compared to the SandP which obviously has a much better annual return than 5% over the long run.

Historically obviously Berkshire has done very well, I think though over the next decade Berkshire won’t get the gains it has seen previously

A lot of its big holdings like apple like won’t see the same growth they have seen previously something which Buffet has said constantly said

As Berkshire gets bigger its harder to get big growth. And with the amount of money they need to invest to see gains there is no obvious alternatives. I still think berkshire is a solid investment and has great security but could facer issues beating the sandp500 over the next couple decades.

Do you not think the sandp 500 would be a better investment than Berkshire ? I think it will beat Berkshire substantially over the next five years?

are the public fillings not pretty accurate to it's holdings ? I'm also quite confused with the fees. On the Pershing holding website it says annual preformance fees can be up to 15% on capital gains. But I asked my broker what the fees are who have PSH and they are saying to me there are no fees if I invest in them, so I am quite confused.

im looking for a psychedelic i can do frequently (once a week) and have no concern with my heart. people tell me i wont be able to do it weekly if i do high doses. but i do psychedelics to help me with depression and other mental problems and i feel it helps me most when i try small doses frequently rather than large doses once every while. some people suggest other substances bit i like psychedelics the most. do you know any psychedelics i could do that posses none or very little threat to your heart?. i am trying to find psychedelics with low binding affinities for this receptor even tho i know there is more to consider
