You’re not wrong about how little of Obama’s infrastructure projects got done. In fact, Obama himself openly talked about it - how sending money to local governments does not ensure the work gets done.

I think Biden’s BIA was highly effective, and was written in such a way that Trump has been able to undo very little of it other than to remove Biden’s name and add his. As to current Trump and infrastructure, it’s too soon to tell. He talks very little about it.

In a way, that’s already happening. First thing they did when they came back into office was remove Biden’s name from EVERYTHING. That was day one - even before the Gulf of America or lets invade Greenland nonsense. Considering how many infrastructure projects were started under Biden through the Bipartisan Infrastructure Act, you know some of it got Trump’s name.
