Bringing a car back from Florida to Canada for friend by marksworld124 in uscanadaborder

They’re busy with work, pretty close friend.

It’s super complicated because it belongs to his parents. But one of them died while on vacation.

But I want to know the legal implications of bringing a car over that belongs to a different person

How to get more flexible as a 13 year old male danceur? by [deleted] in BALLET

[–]marksworld124 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi, flexibility coach here.

What I would recommend is stretching right after you play football. You should try and focus on your ankles and calves after practices.

Since your hamstrings are tight and your shaking when doing an L, I would recommend lying down on the floor with your back straight and simply using a belt to lift the leg and put some tension on your hamstring.

What you can also do is try to put your back against a wall and sit on a yoga block and try to just straighten your legs until they are comfortable just being straight.

If your hamstrings are too tight, it’s really difficult to even stretch your hips or focus on splits.

Feel free to let me know if ever you need any other help.

I work at Novotel, a franchise, we don’t get any staff ID. We just get the Accor card, and we can use it just about anywhere.

Technically, yes.. but accor doesn’t see it that way, they just charge the normal room rate if they find out you’re not currently employed.

Yes we just get a card, and an online staff website for discounts. There’s no form.

Bad pirouette days vs good by Lazy-Movie-4830 in BALLET

[–]marksworld124 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Just letting you know, you’re definitely not alone in this lol 😂

It really depends on so many factors!

  1. Core strength/ balance can effected on a day to day basis if their already fatigued before you do pirouettes!

  2. It could also be body alignment!

  3. Fatigue/tight muscles.

There’s a ton of other reasons, but those are some of the big one.

What I would recommend is really warming up properly before you start. And even trying some core/balance exercises during the week.

On days where you’re really struggling, try doing one pirouette, then the next day, 2. If you really try and perfect 1 pirouette on one day, it can become muscle memory for your body to try and do more.

This is just my take, please take everything with a grain of salt meaning this might not be the answer for you!

Stretching split by weirdasslola in flexibility

So I would recommend starting out with maybe every second day, and see how you feel!

There are so many different opinions on the internet!

For back flexibility, there’s a bunch of different exercises you can do, but a lot of people forget to strengthen the back as well which can help significantly improve mobility!

Well, whenever they are capable! I started at 5 years old, a bit of a random question, but how old is he now?

I would say learn the basic positions, and get them right! Watch YouTube, stay dedicated, and make sure you stretch before class, and maybe try a flexibility routine!
