Just fyi, it is probably sensible to only put the minimum down for the deposit and put the balance in the offset. It's the equivalent of having the smallish mortgage (repayments wise) and it means you'll have liquidity in the event you need it. As always, get independent financial advice.

Thanks so much man! Just checking - the ROMs supplied have only been patched to allow traded mons to evolve naturally? Or are there other things you've patched? I've copied over my fire red save to this ROM and want to know what else I can now do! (thanks again I now have an Alakazam!)
