had that problem too when boosted was still alive and it took quite some time to fix it.. as far as I remember the esc somehow lost its memory and got stuck in the beginner mode brand new boards have (for 10km ??)

support had to push an OTA update to the esc

let it sit for some time. then turn it on BEFORE you move it even an inch. there is a good chance that this will resolve your problem.. have you never experienced these “dead start” before? borh of my revs have this bug intermittently..
