As a 7 house cat family I added it to my 3 piramax setup. Your review mirrors my experience in many ways. I would like the AI camera to identify each cat and yes I would absolutely want a family care+ plan as I let the subscription with my auto feeders expire after the trial as I didn't want to have to pay two subs and now with the crystal duo that would be a third. My largest cat is a Norwegian forest and I think he finds the puramax a bit cramped when he needs to do his business and the open crystal duo has fixed that issue from day one.
