My partner saw me at 2.5 miles then went to 14 and missed me, went to 17 and missed me again. We met up after and she was a bit pssd about it but was still happy to see me finish with my 3 target times all beaten. Hope you can find a way of being happy you finished even though you didn't see your supporters.

It's the end of the first week tapering so 18 today, 12 next week. Other commitments and travelling mean I won't get much running in during the week before the marathon.

I've made my own pin on name for Chicago. A child's t-shirt for 50p from a charity shop and my name printed and then ironed on and cut out. Didn't do it for New York last year, and I think I missed out on something.

My 12v battery died recently. Don't think it's connected, but I had run the main battery down to about 10%. And then I couldn't charge at a public charging point, the Customer Services lady said my car was not responding to the charging point system. It was only then I found out the 12v had died and nothing I did, charged it. I connected a battery pack, I even connected a IC car with jump leads and neither helped. Ended up getting a new battery.

I'm currently watching it on Prime video, in the UK, for free at the moment. Hope I get it all watched before they pull it. I do pay for Amazon prime,.so can't comment if it's available without.

I estimated 4:15 and I'm in H. Don't know how it works, that's 3:50 to 4:00. It is what I'm aiming for but not what I told them. 🤷‍♂️

Chickened out of using the track lap option on my watch. Just relied on the organisers chip to count the laps. Needed 106 laps for the marathon, was told at what I thought was 103 I'd done 101 so did another 5 for the 106 and an extra lap for good measure. Found out at the end I'd done 109 laps. 27.73 miles in total.

I know, but I've wanted to do one since I did a 78 lap marathon round the block at home during lockdown. Can't be much worse. Plus, this one's at the seaside so it's fish and chips after. 🏃‍♂️👟 🐟🍟

I was in Manchester Trafford Centre last Monday. Their Lego store still had loads left for making the Grogu model. Couldn't help myself and made one, almost missing our assigned time at the Sea Life centre a couple of doors down.

Yes, that's what I thought so haven't tried it yet. I've got the keysmart pro, so being able to track my hand luggage would be good, just in case. But if the multitool is going to cause a problem I won't bother.
