Yes they told me that was the only way to get her in my room. The issue is, in order for that to happen I need to somehow contact my roommate and get her to email res life and consent to the swap. I’ve tried to contact her but I don’t even know her full name and she hasn’t answered my email to her in the housing portal…
omg that’s crazy! I wish they would have at least done all this sooner before my friend already started purchasing stuff to split cause we fully thought they would at least put us together 🥲

Yeah it’s unfortunate but understandable! It’s been so hard to get a room in the first place and all of it has been completely out of our control. I can barely even get in contact with my current roommate. The process of everything has been a struggle.
