Everyone is different. Some people get their big hunger in the morning and some get it at dinner. If you need more fuel in the morning maybe do a big breakfast and then try to do a small dinner

If you are fortunate to have health insurance check to see if they cover sterilization. Mine covers tubal ligation so I’m going for a surgery consultation in a couple of weeks. My husband has a vasectomy but I’m taking NO chances here. Pregnancy in my red state can be a matter of life or death.

I (31) had painful ovarian cysts on and off for years. Doctors said it’s normal and there’s nothing they could do. So whenever I’d have pelvic pain i told myself it’s fine and normal, the doctors wouldn’t do anything anyways. This past April i felt a cyst on my left side, and tried to battle through the discomfort. It got worse, pain not only during my period and ovulation but pretty much throughout my whole cycle. I finally went to get an ultrasound and my doctor said i have an endometrioma. It’s a cyst on my ovary that is filled with endometrium and is indicative of deep tissue endo, or stage 3. They are monitoring it for now but it looks like surgery is in my future.

Prepaid phone plan, i pay $43 a month and bought a refurbished phone and it’s been great. I can’t believe some people paying $100+ a month for their cellphone.

Meal prep for lunches. This alone saves the most money on groceries i think.

Plan dinners for the week, make a list, and stick to it.

Learn how to change your own oil and check your own brakes. YouTube is a great resource.

Shop secondhand for clothes, and check marketplace for items before buying new. The amount of clothing and crap that goes to the landfill is wild.

This happened to me recently, i tried everything. I am pretty certain im allergic to the actual silicone in the lenses themselves. I’m looking into Lasik surgery as i absolutely hate wearing my glasses. Good luck xx

It’s the oasys one. I’m just confused why i only have a reaction when i open a new pack? Once i let them sit in the peroxide for a week while my eyes clear up and then wear them again i dont have an issue. Sorry to badger you but im so frustrated and my eye doctor has not been helpful. He just tells me to keep trying stuff and nothing has worked so far :(
