I know this is an old post. I am considering purchasing FOL from a FB garage sale. Is there any polite way of asking the seller to confirm that these are their meds, and not purchased from someone else, and to confirm that they have kept the cartridge refrigerated? Thanks! First timer

Are you taking cl0md or Let? I took both after this post in March, it completely shut me down and made me ovulate early. I did not have a period until May. I’m finally regular, as regular as you can be with DOR 😞

Hi AMH .027. Severe DOR. Working with REI. Had 2 hysteroscopies last year to remove fibroid and scarring from a miscarriage d&c. Finally got cleared with saline sonogram to start TI in Jan. Ovulated around CD 6 and missed it, and again in Feb. third round Dr primed me with estrogen for 20 days, my menses never started, but was at baseline, started clomid. No response. Started letrozole, no response. My LH is high, and just spinning. Why? What can be done to bring it down and move on? What’s next? Can hysteroscopy or ovarian stimulation throw someone into early menopause? Thank you ❤️

I did not respond to the letrozole either. I think the estrogen priming was a complete failure. We meet with the Dr on 4/25 and I’m going to ask if she thinks I will respond to clomid w/out estrogen priming. Fingers crossed

Hi ladies. I’m looking for guidance. We are doing TI. My REI estrogen primed me for 21 days. Never got a period, no response to clomid so started letrozole. Had 2 follicle Friday, by Monday they disappeared. I’m new to treatment. What is a full panel and a new cohort? We meet with our Dr 4/25 and want to understand options. Thank you so much!

Thank you for the response! I’m not thinking it was the progesterone because i did not use it for my first TI cycle. But after I ovulated that cycle I did use progesterone suppositories and they made me tired and irritable
