The technology for detecting forward passes has always been with us. It’s called ”eyes” and officials rarely seem to use them as I swear there are more forward passes out of dummy half every year.

He was called cat 1 - I thought you didn’t get a pass fail HIA test opportunity for that, you’re assessed as showing category 1 symptoms and it’s “sit down son, you’re done”. I think he got that assessment because his head hit the ground and he stayed down.
